feminism will always be alive it doesnât matter if thereâs one feminist or a millions of feminists there will always be a woman whoâs going to fight for her rights and the rights of all women
excerpt from an article about lesbian culture published in maize: a lesbian country magazine no. 24, spring 1990
We joke and all but some of you really forget that people hate women.
Seeing people wonder âhow can people say stuff like thisâ and âwhy does [x misogynistic thing] keep happeningâ is a bit disorienting because when you take a five second pause to think about it you can realize quite immediately that itâs because people hate women. Like guys⌠people HATE women.
Just notice, how every female-exclusive space soon turn the rules to "non-binaries, transgenders, dogs, parrots, everyone is welcome" while male spaces, stay for males only. We women should STOP sacrificing our space, we should stop being afraid of speaking up, we should stop reducing our body, we should stop being our last priority, all for the sake of not hurting men's feelings. This is not inclusion, it's misogyny with a mask, hidden behind the name of representation.

i dont understand all the fuckin sexuality discourse these days. Iâm a homosexual. i am only attracted to females. my sexuality is not something i can choose or influence.
if i meet a male, i am not attracted to him. why would this change if itâs then revealed that sheâs a trans woman? Iâm not attracted to the word woman. Iâm not attracted to the labels people call themselves voluntarily, because that makes literally no sense.
if you have the capacity to be attracted to both males and females no matter what they call themselves, then youâre bisexual. language and identity do not factor into this because itâs nonsensical to claim that they do.
For fuckâs sake, h*mosexual was a word coined in the 1800s to pathologise gay people so no shit itâs gonna be cissexist. Being sapphic doesnât mean being âattracted to vaginaâ, being sapphic means loving women, being attracted to women and wanting to spend your life with women. Being sapphic is not just about genitalia and if you think it is then thatâs shallow and sad
youâre for real saying itâs shallow and sad to be a Homosexual. homosexuality, that thing thatâs been observed in multiple species and is a natural innate desire? that thing that makes us no worse than straight people, who only feel opposite-sex attraction?
you can lie and shit on gay people all you want, but the fact is that same-sex attracted people exist. you can claim that thatâs cissexist, but itâs natural. you can call us bigoted, shallow, and sad, but we will still be same-sex attracted, and we deserve to keep the words that were created to describe our same-sex attraction.
congrats on being bisexual. homosexuals donât need or want your input in our lives.
âFor fuckâs sake, h*mosexual was a word coined in the 1800s to pathologise gay people so no shit itâs gonna be cissexist.â
Karl Maria Kertbeny coined the word homosexual in 1868. He was a gay man who wrote anonymous pamphlets in favor of gay rights, you shit-for-brains trans activist trash.
âBeing sapphic doesnât mean being âattracted to vaginaâ, being sapphic means loving women, being attracted to women and wanting to spend your life with women.â
Sapphic is a term y'all have bastardized, but really, all this reads is more infantalizing shit. You freaks categorize lesbians into two categories - porn fuel for men or feminine uwu domestic girls who do nothing more than hold hands and giggle in fields of flowers. For some reason, you homophobes just cannot fathom us falling outside of those creepy boxes.
âBeing sapphic is not just about genitalia and if you think it is then thatâs shallow and sadâ
Who said it: local priest or local trans activist?
*Male character* is for lesbians! *male celebrity* is for lesbians! this *straight male character* is a butch queer lesbian! I will never understang that and you are very annoying. and nobody likes you.
Honestly, I hate that the majority of lesbian representation does not even pass the Bechdel Test. Like, my lesbian ass is not interested in Brittany finding herself by railing twenty guys before finding The Female One (at which point the series promptly wraps up). It is boring af to introduce a lesbian side character just so the bisexual main can spend several episodes asking herself does she really love her man. Itâs also pretty shithouse when that usually works itself out by the lesbian dying so the hetero relationship can get on with it. Like, lesbians can be complete, well-rounded and developed characters WITHOUT het media having to bend over backwards to include men somehow.
so many movies&series marketed or touted as gay/lesbian movies&series and series are targeting/are about bisexuals. Itâs disheartening, we canât have shit for ourselves.
