Do you being a Christian conflict with being LGBT ? In what ways have you overcome the struggles of being a gay Christian ? How do you cope with the hatred or judgement with the Christian community ?

It is a conflict at times being Christian and being gay. The conflict however is from other Christians not from how we naturally feel. It was difficult for both of us when each of us first came out but overtime we have learned to stand strong in who we are and place ourselves in areas where we are supported so we don't have to deal with the same level of conflict.

Hey so I just wanted to ask if you guys have ever ran into people asking "who's the man in the relationship" and insisting there has to be one? If you have, what have you guys said and if not what would you say?? This seems to be an ongoing topic between mine and my girlfriends friends and it bothers me a bit lol.

It is really annoying lol and we have had people ask us. We usually just say "the beauty of our situation is there is no man just us... two wonderful women"

Hi I'm not trying to be rude or anything but all my life I was told that you couldn't be gay & a Christian so I was wondering how you guys did it?? I come from a really homophobic family :((

We have heard things like that as well. As for us it's just simply who we are. We are gay and we are Christian. Other people may have an issue with that but that's their issue. We are happy and proud of who we are. However, we recognize and empathize with others who aren't in positions to be safe or feel supported enough to be who they truly are in the open.
