Ahem. Urrr -- I'd just like to take this opportunity to announce myself and stuff. I'm trying to sift through replies on other blogs at this exact minute but I'll probably try and get a starter posted here later or something (at which point, I'll actually make a point of trying to follow people and so on). Unfortunately, I'm still trying to work out bits and bobs where characterisation is concerned but I'm sure I'll get the hang of it soon enough. Until then, ehm, hello!
