Okay, based on Scaramouche's voice-line about Pulcinella (the No. 5) he told us that he doesn't seems to completely trust him and saying that only person like Childe who is foolishly acting vulnerable around him

Looks like it's possible that Pulcinella has other motives in taking care of Childe's family

What if he just acting like he care and it's just a matter of time until he started betraying Childe and showing his true color by doing something menacing to his siblings (like threatening them?) so Childe could do something that he wanted?
