really wanna cry I ate a bowl of rice and egg stir fry my mom made without weighing it and I feel sick I know it wasn’t a lot at most my intake is at around 1600-1700, net would be around 1100-1200 because I took steps so even now I’m not eating as properly as I should but it’s so so scary I don’t know how to do anything I hate food I just want to get thinner and cry

it wasn’t even a lot but the food still regurgitates when I breathe I don’t know how to stop it this happens with every meal no matter how small （ ; ; ）

A worry wart right now, I feel sick. It always feels like I’m just trying to placate my sadness rather than get rid of it entirely and it makes me even more miserable. I want to be happy! I really do! And I’m trying super hard to be happy, but even still I wake up in the middle of the night. My health isn’t making it any better. I wonder if I’m capable of normalcy even with a cpap, no sleepovers for me I guess. I don’t know I’ll feel better eventually

I wish I wasn’t so scared of basic necessities. I cried in the shower today; all covered in snot and spit because I just didn’t feel right. I planned my food for tomorrow, I know that’s not the normal thing to do, but I still want a fragment of control. I will try have a good day, I will try and I will play…

Mama kept asking to weigh me, I don’t want any treats anymore I am nauseous n I will be nauseous forever eurgh. I will get better, I know I can, but when the world is cheering on my eventual death I can’t help but give into the praise. My net today is around 900, I couldn’t stop myself from pacing in worry in the end. It is a rough patch with rough hills.
