“C'mon, baby, jus’ listen t’me,” Trent says, shifting to wrap an arm around Clyde and draw him back to his side, “You’re cute when ya cry, y’know.” The blond cups the other’s face in his hands, making him look over at him instead of staring at the ground beneath them.
A frown crossed his features when he noticed that Clyde almost looked scared of him. “I’m not gonna hurt ya,” he mumbled, studying the brunet’s features. And, well, it was the truth. He didn’t have reason to do anything to Clyde, considering they’d never actually met before he was sent to juvy.
“Stop fidgetin’.”
