So idk if anyone has come across this bc I haven’t seen anything, but Nicolas Bourbaki is a pseudonym of a group of 9 mathematicians. And hold up. Tyler says Nicolas Bourbaki is Nico right? Nico and the niners. Nico and the nine of them. Niners. Plus, Nicolas Bourbaki invented the zero with the slash that people use so that the “O” doesn’t get confused with “0” (zero). This is the “ø” symbol. Seem familiar? The Nicolas Bourbaki group studied topology too, which follows an idea of objects being similar when changed, essentially morphed. And in what song does Tyler address that Nico is short for Nicolas Bourbaki?
