Really wanted to sketch something for the royal spymaster Daud AU, so I started out with a whalers design. I didn’t really reinvent anything — just mixed pieces from both games and let them settle.

Fifteen years changed Dunwall’s fashion a lot, so it feels right that the whalers’ look shifted too. Some of it’s just time making things sharper… and definitely not Daud asking for better rags to outfit his legion of adopted children. Just to clarify: Daud isn’t actually a spymaster like the Lord Regent — that title still belongs to Corvo. Daud and his crew only started working for the crown sometime after the first game.
