You are doing great
Don't be concerned if you miss a day or a workout. Ignore the guilt and concentrate on what you'll do tomorrow!
Do not rush it
It can take some time for a habit to become your daily routine. Try to be active around the same time every day, even if you don't go full out every time.
Enjoying the activity is also an option
Make room on your own natural rhythm for action so it doesn't feel like a chore. Incorporate it into your existing activities and quality time with family.
It’s alright to cheat… In physical activities
It is acceptable to reduce your entire physical activity target into shorter periods. Set a goal of at least 150 minutes every week. You can get there without feeling overwhelmed if you do 10-minute bursts a few times a day.
We all need support
For increased comfort and support, make sure you have the appropriate equipment for each activity. This could include a moisture-wicking jersey, a sports bra, or shoe inserts.
Get ready
To get into the mood, lean into your own personality. Your preferred music, preferred time of day, and things that you genuinely enjoy are more likely to keep you engaged.
