Ever since I’ve arrived to Bayview, not much has gotten done and if this is any indication of me as a person, I just have three adorable succulents on my wal that I admire from my mattress sans the whole bed frame. It’s not like the carpet is that uncomfortable either, I could definitely have guests sitting down on that before my couch arrives… right? Or maybe I should just make more social attempts outside of my apartment. If you know of any support groups for these first world problems, please let me know. What have been up to lately? So I’ve managed to get all settled into my new home and got great help from my movers to get things set up. I’ve got my place decorated and I can’t wait for Summer time to get here so I can truly enjoy the sun and beach over here in Bayside. There’s just something about the beach and waves that feels like home. But pushing that off to the side guess who has a lovely chest cough and has been taking cough medicine over the past 24 hours? This girl has. Someone please come and keep a sick girl company and maybe bring her some comfort food or something, I’m begging you.

You’ve got decorations up? Wow, major, major props to you! I’ve been here a couple weeks now and my walls are as bare as the day I bought the place. I should slap something on them soon. The sun and beach days and BBQ’s, man, I can’t wait for that either. Sorry to hear you aren’t feeling too hot, that blows when you’ve just gone through a move. Got any pineapple lying around? Weird, but actually is really good for coughs.

So my sister decided to surprise me by coming for an impromptu visit this weekend but then she starts asking “mum” questions and I have to wonder if my mum didn’t send her to be nosy about my love life since it is Valentine weekend. Which bears mentioning, hopefully everyone has either found their true love or gotten tons of yummy chocolate to eat.

That sounds exactly like something my sister and mother would do. In fact, in her own way I suppose she did with her FaceTime call and twenty questions. No true love here but lots of discount Reeses hearts so kind of the same.

I started out putting some of my furniture together and then quickly realized I was in the same position as Ryan Reynolds in that video of him trying to put together the crib and gave up. So, now I’m very hungover and exhausted and begging for help to get my furniture put together. Anyone wanna help a lady out? I can pay you in food. And alcohol. @townofbayview​

Very tempting offers, though, I’m not sure I’m the most handy with putting furniture together. I’ve still got a book shelf sitting in my office in the box. I’ve just started putting the books on the box. Its not the most ideal but also, not the worst idea I’ve ever had.

The only downside now is that you have to wait until fall for football season to start back up. But all the films coming out between now and then should keep you occupied and prepared for the next Oscars. I don’t think I would survive if Captain’s Pizza decided to close shop. Best pizza place in town, hands down. 

That’s a good point, though thankfully I’ve got baseball season to fill in the gap a bit, and true, some great movies. I mean, if they were closed I probably wouldnt have come back - half kidding. But, they really are the best around. What’s your perfect order there?

The pepperoni is game changing- they’ve got one that’s pretty much covered in ranch dressing, which I highly recommend for cheat days or days when you feel like feeling extra gross.

Born and raised, my curse to bear, which can I ask what drew you to the Dolphins? You live in Florida? Oh God, too true. If I never saw Brady in another fucking Super Bowl it would be all too soon. What do you think, he staying in New England? I’ve heard rumors about him coming to Dallas and Miami actually. Crazy. Shit, really? Like ranch instead of red sauce? That sounds incredible, and also like I’ll need to stick close to the Pepto.

Hey a good Super Bowl party is a lot of fun, too, for sure, but yeah, can’t pass up the tickets even if it’s never ever my team there! I think we’re on to something here. It might not be the most fashionable, but dammit, it would be the most comfortable. He is! Skincare is something I’ve always just been hyperaware of but didnt always appreciate, you know? But he’s always kept my skin in good shape and in our line of work I’m thankful for it. Nah, I don’t think it’s annoying, its a good thing to be passionate about and my dad would agree!

Well thank you, you’re very gracious. Hey, LA was my old stomping ground, too, although this time around I’m coming from Toronto which, I don’t recommend in the winter months because my God, its a type of cold I’ve never experienced before. I’ve been poking around here and there. Mostly just getting food and bothering my buddies. You got any good recommendations?

I pretty much only venture out to get Paco’s Tacos, it’s a real problem at this point and I’m waiting for them to put my face on a poster telling me not to come back at any time. Welcome back, Chace. Why you left is beyond me, but at least you came home.

I certainly hope there wasn’t, that would have been a massive disappointment! And if you haven’t made it there, then yes, you totally have been and if you’re a fan of a good pie, don’t waste one more second and make this right! Paco’s is so legit and a favorite, too. Those fish taco’s are no joke. Hey look, if you’re there that much that they put you on a poster, nothing but respect for that! Just left for filming purposes but really glad to be back for sure.
