First time doing something this detailed. It took forever but I absolutely love it
My first try at doing punch needle. The kit I bought off the internet was pretty cheap and I was having trouble with it but then I bought a better needle and just kept stabbing away. It’s really fun!!
I love you so much I was S T R U G G L I N G with french knots Because of your tiktok of your french knotting process I FINALLY got it right. This is after 2 instructions and 2 videos ♡♡♡♡♡ Thank you ♡♡♡♡♡
Glad to help! It took me legit 8 years to figure out how to do a French knot lmao
Every day is just...more dishes. Never ending dishes. So many of them.
I bought the kit for this piece in 2011, I was still in high school. I worked on it until I stopped doing that and put it off for years. It’s a lot. Even the back stitching and French knots were a lot, it took me like a whole month to just do those. And I’m not even a fan of Disney (I am actually actively against it!) but here it is, all finished and beautiful. (I also put in a sparkle filter because the real thing has a lot of sparkle thread in it but the camera won’t show that without cheating a little)
First shot at a tapestry with a lap loom. Kinda rough in some places and basic, but I got more shuttles now for some Extra Cool Shit
Day 69: to keep it nice, figured day 69 would be the right time to finish this project. The Illinois stay at home order ends today and that really doesn’t mean much, it’s not like the virus is done but I am definitely done with this. I’m glad a lot of you enjoyed this but I also will say that I’m glad I won’t have to look at this guy for a long while. Stay safe and healthy out there!!
Day 68: I’m getting sooo close
Day 67: very tired
Day 66: a very unproductive day
Day 65: totally forgot it was a holiday today oops
I follow the embroidery tag on tumblr so I've had most of your posts about the daily embroidery hoop on my dash and I just gotta say it looks so good! I love how colourful it is! Keep up the good work
Thank you! Glad you’ve enjoyed it!
Day 64: just have one more week until I have to go back to work, so one more week of this thing
Day 63: I’m just a teenage dirtbag, baby
Day 62: remember when Friday meant something lol
On part 1 of old projects I thought I wouldn’t get around to finishing but actually did, this is a Dimensions cross stitch kit I bought 2 years ago before moving to France for a short while. I wanted something to keep me occupied for 7 months without all of my supplies with me, and also wanted something that once finished, would give me more opportunities to talk about the time I lived in Paris for a specific amount of time.
Day 61: mad about a lot of things
