Been playing a garbage amnt of mahjong and ive lost so much money (cringe) my parents are evil their luck is insane. Anyway there’s two ways this can go and it’s either (1) xiao/shenhe knows mahjong because it’s a game my relatives play a ton so I’d assume that they would know it too or (2) they has no idea what it is. Both are equally great.

For more Chongyun screentime, I want to see him less with Xingqiu. Like so much potential for Chong interaction with other characters like Xiao (both deal with demons and chongyun has voiceline about him), Shenhe (aunt), etc. Like I get it Xingyun shippers want fuel, but don’t you have enough already? Canonically popsicle boy has many more friends than just Xiangling and Xingqiu. ngl i think shipping a character undermines that character's true potential.

Imo Xingqiu interacting with Albedo, Ayaka and others is a step in the right direction by Hoyoverse. It reveals new character dynamics instead of the moldy old Liyue crowd. I too want more Chongyun screentime, but not with the Liyue kids, I want something fresh. This would even help in the rise of new ships, because we need the diversity

On a side note, what would he even do at a writing convention?? He would react like his teapot lines. Its like bringing a sportperson to a library lmao

BNHA pokemon trainers AU

Yeah man I don’t know what to say. I wrote this on the bus a year back. It’s mostly focusing on the League (because heroes are boring and objectively less cool).

Staraptor has a pretty good attack, and I like to stack roost on my characters. Hawks would probably build them with brave bird and close combat, maybe aerial ace. Talonflame is incredibly fast, I feel like it would fit him. Pidgeot is there just for the looks. Skamory for the steel/flying type. Decidueye uses their feathers as arrows/projectiles (cool as hell) and braviary to fill the final slot. Decidueye isn’t a flying type, but I want to balance out this team because they’re pro heroes and it would be stupid for them to have a team that can be wiped out by a single type. However, it does fit with the “Hawks is weak to fire” even though flying isn’t weak to fire. Would’ve thrown corviknight in there, but it’s too emo for him. He’s stuck with the team I had during my pokemon legends playthrough.

Altaria is there because of kurogiri’s past as shirakumo. How’d the doc let him keep it? no clue. It’s also one of my favourite pokemon to use and it’s great as a mega. Agislash, I would assume, is a pokemon AFO give him as it’s a pokemon with high damage and great def. Sableeye goes hard and is going in this team because I said so. Corviknight is there because they’re used as a transport pokemon in S&S and why not? Toxicroak isn’t a bad backup sweeper. Gengar, I think, would fit with the ghost theme. I considered giving him a chandelure, banette, spiritomb, palossand, or some other ghost pokemon, but I’m not really going for aesthetics, i’m going for practicality (and maybe just a little aesthetics). I don’t really think a top tier evil pokemon team could beat much with a chandelure. Oricoro, sensu style, is actually pretty interesting, but.. nah. I’ve kept Altaria because of Kurogiri’s past, not much else.  Dabi  ----------------

In my personal opinion, sylveon is such a cutesy pokemon it would be difficult to pair them with Dabi. But I did, because I can. I’d like to say that during his younger years, he found a bunch of eevees, and proceeded to give them to his family members but kept the weird looking one for himself. Eventually, his father gets mad at him when he pulls out his eevee that he’s been ‘training’ instead of the charizard his father gave him, and his father just burns the place (and said eevee). I mean, wrecks it, torches it, demolishes it. Skipping past backstory, when eevee evolves into a sylveon, they have some gnarly scars.  Alolan marrowak for the defence and attack, mega charizard because aesthetic, toucanon for beak blast and also because I love it, houndoom for the aesthetic, and alolan ninetales for the ice type. Touya probably found houndoom after he ran away in a dumpster behind a pizza place. Alolan marrowak and charizard fit the theme for the his fire shit, because I can just give both of them blue fire with my sick ass abilities. Toucanon, which I thought was a fire type in my brick bronze playthrough, apparently isn’t. I found out because I tried to slap a fire TM on them and it didn’t work, so. Alolan ninetales would make sense. Not really, now that I’m rethinking. But you know, maybe he does like the cold. Probably given to him by his mother.

This is the team I sometimes use for pokemon showdown. Alolan ninetales is a support pokemon starting off with focus sash to set up hail and light screen, dracovish has high damage, Salamance is also high damage, ferrothorn for stat buffs/debuffs/terrain, shiny noivern for appearences, and a togekiss because I used them In a pokemon showdown with airslash + serene grace and got 13 consecutive flinches. Shigaraki most likely caught none of his pokemon - don’t exactly think AFO would let his esteemed heir out into the muck and dirt to catch pokemon/waste pokeballs. He’s more likely to give him the best pokemon (but not too good, ofc) and tell him to train those. Alolan ninetales is the Pokemon I use the most in showdown, and it is an amazing support that I use regularly. Yamper, I have no idea. Without shigaraki killing his dog, none of the story events would happen, so I’ll think about it.

Aizawa has a Luxray.

Present mic has a manectric, toxitrix, and loudred, and a chatot.

Midnight 100% has a salazzle.

Endeavor has a Charizard, Emboar, Turtona, and Inciniroar.
