Sorry I realised that came across ruder than I meant but I meant that there are some missing chapters and probably new chapters that haven’t been translated so I guess I’m just wondering why not translate those instead of chapters that have already been translated and uploaded. Sorry if I’m not working is properly English isn’t my first language.
No worries about that. I understand your sentiment, but there are several reasons.
It would be a waste of time and effort on my team if we did not release the "supposedly retranslated" released chapters as we either were in the process of working on it or finished it but were in the midst of final touch-ups.
Our translation and edits may have a different nuance than the already released chapter.
We no longer skip between chapters as we receive constant questions and comments in regard to it and I am tired of responding to them. :^)
We, Cafe Scans, go at our own pace. As slow as we are, we take pride in the quality of our releases and we are not obligated to fill in the gaps in other groups' spontaneous chapter releases.

Hi did you know that the Amanchu manga has a torrent on nyaa torrents. I was wondering why the releases were slow, sorry if I offended you. If it is because you don't have a Japanese translator it is understandable why it is being released after the Chinese version, but if it is not you could download the torrent and get the raws or if you want I could email it to you. Thanks for waiting for a response! We are indeed lacking Japanese or Chinese translators AND editors for Amanchu. I believe we have secured the raws for the project, but we are lacking manpower. As much as you are dying for new releases, we are dying to have more volunteers to help us.

thank you so much for the new password and for letting us know about the switch from scans to digital! ˵ ´ ˘ ` ˵ (and waa looking forward to ch 98 too as i hadn't known it was missing!) if you wouldn't mind sharing, may I ask how the pages can be extracted from the digital chapters whenever after we buy them? my mangas always seem to be "contained" in the site's ereader and i'm always so bumped as it doesn't feel like i truly own them, but i've never seen it talked about before!
Of course! Chapter 98 has been released onto MangaDex, I simply did not make the tumblr post for it yet. You can find the release post for chapter 98 on Facebook if you want the link sooner. For digital raws extraction, I think what we did was that we simply screenshotted the whole screen and then cropped. I'm not quite sure since I am not in charge of obtaining the raws, so I would suggest joining our discord server and asking the other co-admin. She is more well-versed than I am :c
