I got SUPERDUPER wet and a little cold between Alcatraz and Sausalito Then on the run down I relaxed in the sun on the foredeck. Then had a nap in the forepeak, some baguette and cheese. Thinking about another beer. Sailing with teens isn't too bad. (at Yerba Buena Island)

Day 1 -DONE! 81 miles, so much beauty. As the day went I felt less strong, maybe I went to hard to begin with. It's all exciting. Had a truffle at Swanton - gave me a kick - but still tired.
