#MeToo
#MeToo, #QuellaVoltaChe, and #BalanceTonPorc may look different but they all mean one thing- we want change. Women started it but it’s the men’s turn now. #IWillSpeakUp is a campaign focusing on men helping the cause in speaking up on the #MeToo movement. We need to keep this energy up and not let it slow down. This topic is important because it is real, and it will not stop until we have equal justice. However, talking about it doesn’t end it. We need real change. So how can you get involved? Many men’s and women’s rights organizations give examples of what you can do to get involved. First, reach out to your local, state and national organizations that are currently fighting for equality for women. You can volunteer and donate time and/or money. We also need people who can intervene. Think of yourself as a “whistle-blower.” It’s time to speak up.
