My mundane job: requiring that we play Christmas music.
Me:
My very religious boss: You will not say anything except, “Merry Christmas!” None of this, “Happy Holidays” nonsense.
Me:
the sun/the moon headers.Â
bonus: stars.
no one of these pics/arts are mine. credits to all owners.
(vou ficar devendo os significados. como eu já expliquei, estou sem computador, então pra não demorar mais no pedido, resolvi postar assim e depois fazer outras com os significados. espero que entendam.)

🌌 A Quick Spell to Calm Anxiety 💜
Two parts witchcraft, one part psychosomatic exercise.
1) Touch the tips of your thumbs together, and don’t let them come apart.
2) Close your eyes for three seconds. While they’re closed, say (or mouth, or think): “I am steady.”Â
3) Take a deep inhale, as deep as you can.Â
4) Exhale slowly while repeating the phrase: “Does not matter. Need not be.” Keep repeating it until you are completely and entirely out of breath.
5) Keep breathing in and out, repeating: “Does not matter. Need not be.” Repeat this process as many times as necessary. Try to exhale for twice as long as you inhaled. This is very important.
6) Once you feel the tension inside you fade, close your eyes again and say (or mouth, or think): “I am steady.”Â
7) When you believe it, allow your thumbs to come apart.
Brightest blessings, and best of luck 🕉
