Can't believe I'm gonna post this but I am so proud of my journey so far! Before I started logging I was pushing 200lbs. I was at 197..... I got down to 193 before this app. So all together maybe 15lbs total? Wow wow wow, and I can actually START TO SEE it. All I'm doing is changing my eating habits. Literally one of the most powerful moments I've EVER experienced in my church thus far. Pastor Chris felt it in his spirit to count to 3 and the congregation light up in highest praises to our King! You can HEAR the chains falling off in this moment. There was not a DRY EYE in that house and not a still body. Thank you God for flooding us this morning.
