Seeing how Gooseworx explicitly told us in the movie's credits to not say anything until it releases digitally...
...let's respect that, okay y'all?

motivational shitpost to get us through the week
Cafe’s career in gameverse is so interesting because tachyon Actively takes the role of being her advisor with the trainer. It’s an active collaboration where she monitors cafe’s paranormal fragile condition and race status; yes it’s part of Plan B but Tachyons is very pointed at keeping Cafe Healthy. Handing her vitamins, taking note of her limits, and being concerned enough to directly verbalize a warning against going to the derby. (And if you Do decide to go she does not berate you, for what’s done is done. But she immediately takes action into restoring Cafe back to health.)
Cafe’s career is a slow but very Much rolling spiral of self destruction, in the way where cafe Must chase after her friend regardless of her abnormally fluctuating health. We already know, and learn more about how closely knitted Cafe is with her friend (who I’ll refer to as Sunday, it’s implied to be Sunday silence), how Cafe who otherwise was isolated found so much joy in having a companion, someone who showed her new and exciting things. Even at her own expense, though not ill intentioned.
If Cafe did not meet Tachyon, I don’t think there would be anyone to stop her from going on that trip to France. Tachyon herself, self destruction in a bottle, is the one to firmly put the brakes on. Although, she tries to simmer her concern by regarding the success and failure possibilities as mere statistics and experimental results. She dragged her feet at the thought of tagging along with them to France, threw in some half hearted jabs (she doesn’t like airplanes!) to show her reluctance and indirect concern, but had been dismissed. It was only at the airport that Tachyon turned to the trainer (specifically the trainer! She knows Cafe can’t be convinced), and set the reality firmly in place: the high risk that she herself was so familiar with testing. To lose her ability to compete as a racer, and endangering her health. And Cafe is Agonized about the lack of support, she is actively bleeding from her hands and toenails as she tries to walk into the plane before locking down. Because this was, internally, the loss of companionship to her. What mattered most to her was the belief in her dream, the fact that her friend exists, and her goal to Solely overtake her. But to lose the people present by her side was subconsciously too much, even as much as she wanted to continue to chase Sunday. Tachyon served as another guiding light, in a way. a more logically structured one, a blinding one, but a guiding one.
And I think this career does a Fascinating thing by turning the fact Tachyon’s an advisor on its head and having her explode in frustration by the Senior Year. She did all the right things as an advisor, and as a friend. She took excellent care to bring her Plan B into fruition, and Cafe had seen beyond to the light she had been chasing over all this time, given up on, and forced to forget about. And she’s pissed. So much to the point where this not only revitalizes Plan A, but it gave her back a purpose in living (to race). Cafe was the one to give her back this purpose, to make her acknowledge her own ambitions and desires despite the supposed limits.
So in summary: cafetaki are each others guides and deeply support one another in ways that would otherwise lead to the other’s misery and self destruction. One being Cafe’s health and goals and the other being Tachyon’s purpose in life. They’re insanely complimentary despite being so different (supernatural v science), and understand each other better than anyone. My fucking god.

sunday silence, crush her skull, thank you.
Feel Good Inc but its Sakura Bakushin O
I was possessed by the spirit of Speed to make this abomination and now it is forced upon all of you.
MY BODY IS A MACHINE THAT CONVERTS 1200 SPEED INTO 1 WIT!
BAKUSHIN BAKUSHIN BAKUSHIIIIIIN!
Bakushin hits da bricks
I am whatever the opposite of a speed runner is. I am a game meanderer. I have to look at literally everything. I am overly cautious in every way. I forget to pause and wander away from the game. I take a minimum 7 hours to get through any given level. If you give me a timer I will cry.
hehe
imagine you're a mechanic in the Transformers universe and you have a car come in with engine trouble so you open it up and the engine is just full of some kind of weird fast-spreading rust. never seen anything like it before
so you're like. hmmm. and you call the Autobots like 'hi I know this number is supposed to be for reporting possible Decepticon activity but I've got some kind of alien bullshit going on and I don't know who to ask'. they hand you over to Ratchet and Rachet is like 'hm I think I know what that is but let me come run some tests'
SO Ratchet comes over and has a look at the engine and is like yeah as I thought. its crotch rust. and you're like 'crotch rust??' and he's like yeah its crotch rust. its a. well I think humans call them STIs? its like that.
so you're like '..........are you telling me a Transformer fucked this car' and he's like yeah. looks that way. and you're like 'what in the world' and he's like I don't know. people are freaks. anyway we don't want this stuff spreading so I'll be back tomorrow with the right nanites. keep it away from the other cars.
he comes back the next day like okay so I have good news and I have bad news. you're like 'well what's the good news' and he's like WELL I spent last night testing all the autobots for crotch rust and they're all clean. so you're like 'does that mean the car wasn't fucked' and he's like oh no the car was definitely fucked there's no other way this could have happened.
so you're like 'wait. are you saying a Decepticon fucked this car?' and he's like yes. we have a Decepticon fucking cars. and they are giving the cars STIs. thank you for bringing this to our attention here are the nanites goodbye.
(sound on)
dude, he’s just not into you!
Finlay and Rellana are two sides of the same coin. Both embody the Knight in Shining Armor archetype. Both exemplify loyalty and selfless love towards their unattainable doomed redhead commanding officer. Both really should have had a cutscene or at least face date please.
Finlay would appear to be the optimist of the pair. She fights for the Haligtree, for Miquella's supposed better world. Finlay is the type to say "I will follow you into Hell, and when you fall I will carry you out of Hell. Even if the flames consume me in your place, I will save you."
Rellana joined Messmer's Inquisition, an army so brutal that even the Golden Order turned away in shame. Rellana acknowledges that no one can save Messmer, not even her. Rellana is the type to say "I cannot carry you away from this Hell, because you carry it with you. But I would still like to sit here with you, in Hell, so that you don't have to bear it alone."
And I think both of those are extremely valid.
One last reminder
Can’t stop thinking about the parallels between the Frenzied Flame and the king in yellow.
A girl is slain in an act of senseless vengeful rage. She was innocent except for the sin of being her father’s daughter. When you meet her again, she speaks in the same voice but with a different name. She hides her eyes behind a blindfold, her face a pallid mask for the one who now lives within and leads you gently towards ruination.
A good man is killed by the one he loves so dearly. She does not recognize him even as he calls to her by name, and she cuts him down without a thought. You meet him again and now his voice is oddly joyful. He hides his face behind his hands, and speaks to you of honor and sacrifice. He urges you to start your own dynasty of total equality. He tells you to burn it all away. He tells you where you may find your fate, deep below the city in catacombs forgotten by all except those who still dream of the coming of the King. Have you found the yellow sign?
Down the forgotten well, past the still-screaming corpses of those burned by frenzy, you meet her again. The girl who once was blind is no longer fettered by earthly vision, and now she sees clearly the twisting, agonized tongues of flame. You have found it. The three fingers embrace you and char their sigil into your very flesh. You have seen the strange night when black stars will rise.
In a forgotten land, a shriveled husk of a man suffers alone. He is pierced by the thousand-spines of faux-gold that were supposed to keep him prisoner, but now they twist and corrupt like the curling arms of the yellow sign itself. You strike him dead and set him free, and now HE is here. The King in Yellow has opened his tattered mantle and there is none but god to cry to now.
You ascend the throne as Elden lord. You shed the corpse-worm flesh that once served you. Where once you had a face there is now only emptiness and fire. Burn it all away. Song of my soul, my voice is dead. The king wears no mask. I wear no mask.
