Maybe more of a bedtime reading or just soothing ASMR type of reading, soft pages, softer voice with some 'voices' for characters, just kind of experimenting this year. I have so many vintage poetry books and such that I've been mulling it over for a minute
so like i'm pretty happy with how my body is. sort of. i would like to look more masculine n have body hair n a deeper voice but other than that i don't really want top surgery and i don't want to cut my hair to look masc. and sometimes i remember this one post that pops up in my head that's a bunch of people talking about these "trans women that do nothing to change their appearance so they're the most masc people ever and trans men that do nothing to change their appearance so they're the most fem people ever but since they're trans we have to respect that i GUESS" and i used to feel really ashamed because i'd remember that and think ouhhh i HAUVE to look masc in order to be a Real Trans Gender but literally now i've just realized that maybe they were being transphobic. and i can do whatever i want

I know intersex people are still getting excluded in a lot of LGBTQIA+ spaces (let alone wider society) and I think it's crucial to show this group is included in the statement that we all deserve equal rights.
okay but are you going to be understanding if your dom is a little nervous and not as suave as you'd expect their first few times when domming you? are you going to make them feel comfortable enough to slip into the role without making them feel stupid about it? are you going to accept that real sex is not always as rigid as it would seem in text posts or your fantasies and that it is okay if there are some unserious moments in between the intensity? do you understand that we are all just people having fun and we need to be gentle with each other when showing this vulnerability?

I don't care how good your intentions are or how important your specific goal is. Requiring someone to tell you that they're queer to access a queer space means that everyone in that space has outed themselves to every other person there by showing up
Protect your community. Stop expecting people to tell you the ways in which they're vulnerable.
(Also no one gets to be the identity police, kill the cop in your head, etc. etc.)
Besides:
Pride is a protest, yes - and that means it would be foolish of us to make it harder for more people to come protest oppression with us!!
And strength in numbers IS real - whether it's about optics, about normalizing dissent, or about whether protestors can block an intersection or occupy a building

Oh hey, remember earlier this year when someone casually mentioned that more women are killed in domestic violence than soldiers are killed in war? Shit, turns out that user wasn’t just fucking around. You just had to clarify your dates.
I felt so angry at the UCSB massacre (an article about this incident and a script of his video’s speech) and the sexism we’re blind to everyday so I drew about my opinions on sexism to channel my rage.

This is based off my limited knowledge and experience from my own perspective so I’m sorry if anything is “wrong”
but it isnt too late to start tho! if you suddenly wake up and realize the years have slipped by you can start actively living again!
and you know what im not done i think that its actually a very normal and healthy ebb and flow of life
its okay to have stagnant periods, all life has periods of time in its life cycle just to exist and conserve energy and its okay for people to do that too.
but its also very important not to stay in that stagnant period forever!
I don’t know if this is an obvious take or a hot take, but I think people need to start re-framing feminism as the fight for body autonomy as opposed to whatever this second wave revival gender essentialist bullshit we have going on right now. Once you reframe it in this way, it’s easier to understand intersectionality and why cis women are not the only people who need feminism. The lack of body autonomy effects cis women, trans people, intersex people, disabled people, poc, homeless people, sex workers, etc. and your feminism needs to include and prioritise all of these groups of people (which will include men btw) because feminism is about autonomy, not about establishing a matriarchy. Body autonomy is the biggest threat to the patriarchy, both with reproductive rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and even the right to not be drafted into military services. Once body autonomy is established for everyone, the patriarchy no longer has a leg to stand on.
And body autonomy does include things that you don’t personally like either. I was prompted to write this post after a series of bad takes from progressives, but one of them was re-hashing the Sabrina Carpenter album cover drama with “I don’t think it’s conservative of me to think that the album cover is a bad look when we’ve seen images of women being abused in this way” because I do actually think you’ve failed to understand feminism by projecting your morals onto a woman who was consensually expressing her own autonomy just because she expressed it in a way that you didn’t like or that made you uncomfortable.
Body autonomy also means unhealthy choices. Body autonomy also means regret rates. Body autonomy also means freedom of sexuality. Body autonomy also means mutilation. If you believe body autonomy has limitations and exceptions, then your feminism is most likely surface level.
TERFs are some of the biggest opponents to body autonomy, and if you find yourself thinking “oh people can do whatever they want with their bodies as long as it doesn’t harm them or make others uncomfortable” then you are far more susceptible to TERF propaganda than you think.
