Iâm one of two larger girls in my family and to say my body has been shit on by my family isnât a joke. Yeah, my cousins are so tall people asked them if they were anorexic even tho they can put away more food than I can and Iâm built like a solid linebacker. But the shaming of people who are fat is still an important issue that needs to be addressed, especially with the holidays around the corner. It doesnât make your struggles any less valid skinny folks, but DO NOT DISCREDIT OUR STRUGGLES AS LESS THAN YOURS. Body shaming of any kind is wrong, but do please rememeber: IF YOU CALL YOURSELF BODY POSITIVE BUT ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN ERASURE OF ANOTHER PERSONâS ISSUES FROM A BODY NOT THE SAME AS YOURS YOU ARE NOT BODY POSITIVE. Like @jehovahhthickness said, this ainât the Struggle Olympics. So instead of trying to bring attention away from something that needs to be addressed like your own issues, JUST REBLOG IT AND BE QUIET. Tumblr has a button to make posts of your own. If you wanna talk about your problems, MAKE YOUR OWN DAMN POST ABOUT IT AND HOP OFF THIS ONE.
