Long time no blog. After travelling I kind of took a step back and relaxed from chronicling my life. Partly because to me at has been boring, and partly to me fully entering my adult life and thinking about a career and further schooling.
However, I have finally found myself at a place in my life to do more than just sit back and relax. More and more recently I have been taking strides to live a healthier life. By not only going out of my way and finding areas around me that I have yet to discover. But by taking the initiative to start learning about what I’m putting in my body and exercising.
Don’t worry I’m not going to blog about how much weight I’m losing or the exercises I’ve been doing. For the next 30 days I’ve taken up the Whole30 challenge to go back to our food roots and get adventurous with my cooking.
The process isn’t going to be easy. In face its already started to grate on my nerves. I have to give up a lot for this challenge including bread, dairy, and legumes.
The headaches of withdrawals have begun and tomorrow is doughnut day at work.
So happy I am not, but I've got this gut feeling that it will all turn out ok in the end.
I guess its fitting I’m starting this new chapter of my life on this day. The first day of my travelling adventure.
