Whenever I remember one of the Loki series' crux of the matter, I feel truly sad about it. His struggle with the role he was made to play in the universe transcends any hero's battlefield - it makes him very relatable because it's a very human, very grounding thing to confront. I channel these feelings through art. It is definitely therapeutic. Felt like turning water into fire.🔥

I wanted to practice a little again (even tho the background was fairly treated simple, was a bit overwhelming for my standards, I usually avoid drawing backgrounds) but I saw the photo of Mr. Hiddleston and was compelled to draw it (including a Loki version :D) of him pointing at Mount Vesuvius.

The ruins of Pompeii is definetly in my bucket list of places to visit.

Y'all should watch the Documentary on Pompeii, any ancient history documentaries in general, it is one of my favourite past times watching those tbh.

I always stop and tune in whenever Terra X comes (which is I suppose our version of National Geographic)

brb just thinking about how Odin banished Hela a thousand years ago and then he banished Thor in 2011 and then his anger turned to Loki and Loki decided to banish him to a retirement home before Odin could get him

Not to harp on this, but I love how the narrative paints Thor as the child who confronts his father’s hypocrisy and Hela as the child who outright despises her dad, but in actuality Loki is the one who handed Odin his ass on a platter.
