When I was little my momâs meatloaf was my favorite food. But ONLY her meatloaf. I didnât like anyone elseâs, and she told me that she would teach me how to make it when I was older. And when I was like 19? She finally taught me, but she told me never to tell anyone else and I was like weird but okay
Anyway, she was super fucking homophobic and abusive to me when I told her I was gay, so hereâs the recipe
4-6 lbs of Hamburger/turkey burger
1 pk onion soup mix OR ranch mix
1 TBs ketchup
1 Tbs spicy brown mustard,
1 Tbs bbq sauce
1 Tbs steak sauce
1 egg
mix, shape into a loaf in a big pan, and bake at 350 for 2 hrs (maybe 2 and a half if youâre feeling dangerous)
You can get almost all of these ingredients at the dollar store, and have leftovers if itâs just you. The leftovers make great tacos if (taco seasoning is also like a dollar). Enjoy your revenge loaf

Is there a solution to this problem? Some problems canât be solved. You canât make a loved oneâs illness disappear, and you canât undo a traumatic event that already happened. Dwelling on things in an unproductive way could be detrimental for your psychological well-being.
Am I focusing on the problem or searching for a solution? If youâre faced with a financial issue, looking for strategies to earn more money or pay off your debt is helpful. However, imagining yourself becoming homeless or thinking about how unfair your financial situation is will keep you stuck.
What am I accomplishing by thinking about this? If youâre proactively trying to gain a new perspective, you might find thinking about an issue is helpful. If, however, youâre repetitively thinking about how you wish things were different or imagining all the things that could go wrong (without identifying actions that will help you be successful), youâre overthinking.
Asking yourself these questions can help you begin to identify when youâre overthinking things. When you decide your thoughts arenât productive, you might switch to a problem-solving approach. Or you might decide thereâs nothing you can do and thinking any more about the issue isnât going to be helpful.
