Question. What do you when you spend the majority of your childhood/ early adulthood trying to be ‘good’ and make the best of a very bad situation for your family, you realise that life carried on and you have nothing to show for it and you are burnt out past the point of no return?

And that you deeply resent towards your family because now they are doing stuff for themselves which means I never had to do it in the first place so they should have never put me in position to do so and steal my time, energy and dreams.
