hi jennie! i'm interested in making my own linking charms to sell, and i was wondering how you went about getting yours made? like, is it a different process than getting regular, non-linked ones done? is it just a matter of adding an extra hole to each charm?? thank you so much!!

Hi there! Yep, you’ve got it! It’s pretty much the same process just the bottom charm as usual (one hole on the top) and the top charm has the usual one hole on top PLUS one hole on the bottle! DO NOT forget the bottom hole on the top charm or you’ll be in trouble!! I assemble mine together myself but some places that include/offer assembly will do it if you ask! <3

My first finished project for surface design! The rest of the assignments are product designs so this wasn’t what I expected! We were supposed to photoshop patterns onto a photo of performance artists but I wasn’t into that so here’s this instead..I went a lil overboard but I’m pretty damn happy with the result! Based on the art of hooping. Leftovers + Donations

My apologies for the slight delay. USPS has lost significantly more packages than I have experienced before on larger projects, so it’s been a headache trying to track them all down. While I continue to sort that out—

LEFTOVERS

I will be listing roughly 16 leftover zines for sale! (There will likely be a few more depending on how many of the missing packages are found in the meantime.)

The listing will cost $20 and includes 1 SLIGHTLY DAMAGED ZINE (bent corner or discoloration from adhesive on back or front outside cover) PLUS at least 1 random piece of leftover bundle merch.

LEFTOVERS GO ON SALE HERE ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 1ST. In the interest of fairness across time zones, half will be listed in two batches, 12 hours apart - HALF will be released at 10:00 AM EDT and HALF will be released at 10:00 PM EDT.

FUNDRAISING

Zines have greatly increased in popularity over the past few years, and while that means many amazing creations have come to fruition, it also means that some less-than-trustworthy organizers have taken advantage of their artists and customers.

I am unable to calculate the exact profits until the disappeared packages and these leftovers have been all delivered because of the possibility of extra costs arising. However, as a show of good faith, I have chosen to donate a chunk of our profits before leftovers are listed. I will post a screen shot when it has been made! The remaining amount will be donated when the project is completely wrapped up.

There will be …  ♡  20 Sets of 1 Slightly Damaged Zine PLUS at least 1 Random Piece of Bundle Merch ♡  3 Sets of Deluxe Bundle Merch (2 heart buttons, 1 pin, 1 charm, 1 sticker sheet, no limited edition tape) Both will be listed for $20 plus shipping You can peep the listings ahead of time in the shop. Again, in the interest of fairness across time zones, half of the leftovers will be listed in two batches, 12 hours apart - HALF will be released at 10:00 AM EDT and HALF will be released at 10:00 PM EDT on September 1st.
