Does the recent art mean you're coming back to these two, or just had an itch to draw them?

In all honesty it’s definitely the latter, considering they have my absolute favorite body types to draw and I was inspired

I’m still completely enthralled with my current muse so other than a few surprise bouts of nostalgia, I’m not going to be returning soon

My muses will probably come back around the time Pokemon Sun and Moon are released though, so stay tuned for that :D

It’s pretty obvious I haven’t been on this blog since New Years, and even then activity was waning. I think it’s safe to say I’ve been on hiatus, and no I don’t see myself returning fully for a while

But never fear, I’ll never leave my girls. They’re way too precious to me. I just have been on a break with a different muse, though I’m sure I’ll try to answer a few asks if I can.

I’m excited for the new Pokemon games as well!!

Now I can post this!

Oh man this year has been some growth and I’m just really happy for it, I feel I’m going the way I want in terms of quality, now it’s just getting my work to look how I want it to. I’ve also noticed I returned to my illustrative/painterly roots especially when it comes to bigger projects, and though I enjoy how those all turned out I have a lot more to learn in other areas. Hopefully I can divert my attentions to character design and composition.

As for the fate of this blog, I still lovelovelove cameruptlasharpedo, I’m not getting bored of these gals just yet! In fact, they’re becoming their own characters with their own stories, but that’s for later.

Most importantly I’d just like to thank everyone who’s stuck around and enjoys both Camerupt and Sharpedo. They mean a lot to me so it’s amazing how many people always tell me they want to learn more about them. I may not answer every message but know I read every word of encouragement with a smile.
