Homies in dreamland <3

A lil family photo from a fantastic weekend of being surrounded by talented artists in beautiful places. We drove down the coast, playing on the redwood-ed sea cliffs of Big Sur and wandering around a 100-year-old graveyard that lives behind the chapel my parents got married at in the sleepy little beach town of Cambria. We stayed a night at the Madonna Inn and drank and stayed up smoking and talking into the wee hours of the night, cuddled up in blankets to protect us from the harsh San Luis Obispo midnight breeze on our balcony. We romped in the quiet, lush Mojave desert, a beautiful oasis-like halfway point between Barstow and buttfuck nowhere. Zana taught us Poi and Jennifer got a piece of wild Cholla cactus stuck on her butt and Summer wrapped us all in yarn and it was fun. It was creation and connection and feeling; a wonderful reminder of what it is to be alive.
