Haii, I've noticed you haven't been active in comments recently and just wanted to ask about your physical/mental health and how you're doing overall, I hope everything is going well for you ❤️

Other then that I just have like a question on how this fic will end ( I wish that time won't come soon) will you show them all leaving camp and follow it through to a preview of their lives after camp or just ending it with them separating? I'm just kinda curious :D

I'm doing mostly okay. As I briefly mentioned in a different ask, I've been biting and clawing by way through a pretty major writer's block these past couple months. Occasionally my perfectionism gets the better of me and I just have to push through it lol. Worse than that, I've been idea-hopping - unable to commit to actually finishing anything I start - so I have a plethora of WIPs (Haikyuu fics + others) on the go, including the next chap of this fic. Frankly, I'm in too many fandoms and easily distracted lol.

To answer your question, this specific fic will follow the characters to the end of camp. I know what happens in all of their lives going forward, whether or not I actually write any spin-offs really depends on how long it takes me to finish this behemoth and where I am in my life when I do :).

There are some scenes where Tobio thinks about how he and Tooru's relationship used to be, and misses it. Would it be too much of a spoiler to say whether Tooru feels the same?

I can't say too much but I think it's safe to say there's a bittersweet nostagia there, yes. A lingering sort of fondness that can never quite be shaked.

Hi!! Sorry for taking so long to answer! In all honesty, I'm concerningly offline and didn't even think to check my notifications until now :').

In short, I'm not quite sure.

I was aiming for a December release then life got in the way. I've been in a pretty big slump recently and writer's block has been kicking my ass. I've also been pulled in a lot of different directions creatively, with this fic and other projects I want to pursue. I ended up doing a massive overhaul of my plan for this fic because there were parts upcoming I planned and had not revisited since 2020, when I was first brainstorming this fic at 15. I think I've grown a lot as a person and a writer since then and I want this fic, as silly and inconsequential as it is, to continue to reflect my current ability and maturity - not who I was six years ago.

I can tell you I've fully written and proof-read 12 of 24 parts for the next chap, and I have substantial notes and/or half-finished prose for the rest. It is - as of this answer - sitting at ~45k words and I'm fighting hard to push through this last home stretch.

Sorry I can't give a more concrete answer, I really wish I could. I hope you're doing well and hope to be active again soon <33
