hi there folks! here's the deal: i might lose my home! so i need some help, like, fast.

for those of you who don't know me, my name's Des! i'm a disabled full-time college student, and i cannot work at the moment. my mom has been searching for a job for months and has so far had no luck at all. so we are living on zero income, and we couldn't afford (our ~$1500) rent this month, so eviction proceedings are starting today. we have nowhere else to go.

i don't expect any of you to pay our rent for us, but i don't know what else to do. we really need help here.

update: we have until Friday (February 21, 2020) to come up with rent money.

after that, they start evicting us For Real, which means we will have to pay two months' rent, attorney fees, and court fees, and my mom will not be able to rent anywhere for 7 years. would REALLY like to avoid being charged to death!!

that being said, thank you to everyone who has boosted this so far, and thank you so much to whomever donated $70 to me in the last 10 minutes, that made me CRY. i love you all, i really appreciate your support!!!
