Okay so imagine Young Justice getting kidnapped and tied up. The kidnappers have a livestream set up and the JL is on their way, BUT it's very time sensitive because the team has been injected with truth serum. The kidnappers are toying with them, asking stupid and embarrassing questions.

Eventually they get to Tim and ask "What's your most shameful sex story?"

And dearest Timmy, despite himself, says, "One time Lex Luthor came to Gotham and got hit with sex pollen, but it was such a small amount that he was fine after I blew him." Everyone, especially Kon, is looking at him as if he's insane, but he continues. "So after that he said I gave really good head so he gave me his personal number, and now we hook up like once a month, and I'm really sorry, Kon, you were never supposed to find out..."

This, obviously, stuns not only his friend but the kidnappers, the JL, and everyone watching the livestream. They do get rescued eventually and no one is looking Tim in the eye. The internet is blowing up because what do you mean Lex Luthor is sleeping with Robin?

Lex statements about the situation basically boil down to "There are bigger things to worry about than who I sleep with."

Tim's court of blondes (Steph, Bernard, Cassie, JPV) shit talking him. Like, they're all a little bit mad at him all the time, but they also all love him.

Dick: Why do you always call Tim "Apple"? You don't seem like the type for pet names.

JP: Timothy is temptation incarnate. When we first met, he was something I desired but couldn't have. I felt awful even coming in contact with him, which is why I pushed him away.

Tim is pretty used to changing in front of people, being a boarding school student and also changing in the Batcave from time to time. He doesn't really think anything of it. Jean-Paul, on the other hand, isn't really used to it and gets very embarrassed whenever Tim changes in front of him.

At some point, Tim finds out about this because he's crazy observant, and he starts teasing the fuck out of Jean. He acts super casual about it, like nothing's changed, but he's basically doing a full burlesque number when he takes anything off.

JPV, under some sort of pollen or something that makes him want to scent people like a cat, rubbing his face on Tim's neck:

Dick: What's he doing?

JPV: *unitellagble mumbling*

Tim, thinking this is just Jean being weird about his neck again: He's just like that, I dunno.

JPV: *literally purring*

Tim, in his head, watching JPV workout during his training arc: Wow, wow, muscles, the arms of an actual God, he's so fine what the hell, Bruce thank you for giving me this opportunity

Jean, in his head: why is he looking at me, stop looking at me, I'm going to throw up, if i finish this set will he leave me alone? STOP STARING!

Awkward, wet cat of a man, Jean-Paul trying to ask oblivious, somehow rizzful with no rizz Tim on a date. Like he wants to let Tim know that he likes him via things like gifts and the worst flirting anyone's ever seen (advice from the internet), but Tim wouldn't be able to tell if someone liked him unless they shouted it in his face.

Sometimes, Jean just rests his hand on Tim's neck. He caresses the Adam's apple with his thumb and feels Tim breathe below his palm. Sometimes, Tim swallows when he does this because he likes seeing Jean blush.
