I’m writing a thing for jas’s tenya/tensei kinktober piece. made some progress today. Here is a sneak peek. (warning: this is a first alpha draft, subject to cleanup and change before the final version!)
“Well, he seemed like quite the catch,” Tensei snarked, pouring hot water into a mug.
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Tenya massaged his temple, rummaging through a drawer for their bottle of aspirin.
“Nah, nothing,” Tensei turned towards him, steaming mug in hand, dunking a teabag into it. “He just... seemed like he was in a rush, huh?” He leaned back against the counter, smug.
“He had to go home to get ready for work,” Tenya grumbled, popping the lid on the painkillers and shaking a couple pills out. He tossed them into his mouth, swallowing them dry.
Tensei hummed thoughtfully, smirking, blowing on his beverage. “He could have at least stayed for toast.”
“What the hell is your problem, Tensei?!” Tenya slammed the bottle onto the table.
“What’s his last name, Tenya? Do you even know? Do you know anything about this guy at all?”
“I know you know his first name pretty well. I think all our neighbors do, too, now.”
“Yeah,” Tensei snickered. “You know his first name, and what his dick tastes like, right Tenya?”
“Fuck off!” Tenya stormed forward, shoving Tensei’s shoulder, splashing his drink all over his hand and shirt. His smug look vanished in an instant. “You tell me to go out and try to meet guys, and then you make me feel terrible when I do!” Tenya was fuming. Tensei set his mug behind him on the counter, holding up his palms in a gesture trying to not escalate things further.
“No! I’ve fucking had enough of this, Tensei. I’ve literally only been doing what you tell me to!” Tenya’s own yelling was making his headache exponentially worse, but this frustration had been building up for a long time. “I told you I just wanted to stay home with you, you insisted I go out to the bar with Uraraka and Tsu! And yeah, I met a guy, and yeah maybe I don’t know his last name, but don’t you dare act like this whole thing wasn’t your idea in the first place!”
“I just think you should have higher standards for yourself, little bro,” Tensei replied weakly. His palms were still raised, looking equal parts shocked and nervous.
“They can’t all be you, Tensei!” Tenya’s voice broke. This was too much. This was unfair! Tears stung behind his eyes as he grabbed a fistful of the front of Tensei’s shirt. “They can’t all be perfect like you.”
