having to look at random bullshit to take my mind off the fact I JUST learned a moment ago that a online artist and animator I really admired the work of had passed away less than a year ago. not trying to sound parasocial here, I didn't know them like that, never talked to them either and like I'm not rattled by this or crying, but my stomach did drop learning that it's true, still has me kinda shocked. just also feels like it would be awkward to for me, someone who didn't them beyond as a casual fan of their art, to talk about them considering it's close to a year of them passing? idk.
