Burning Skies art dump.
Just want to update since I haven't logged into this account since I got a new phone in November. I'm working on book three now. Burning Skies will be out very soon, hopefully.
Just because I’m strong, doesn’t mean the load I’m carrying isn’t heavy.

Athalis Faer is a Valusian smuggler, he was Coyote's first real friend and he helped her become who she is.
The Valusians are from Valus, a planet in the Perseus arm of the Milky Way, but they are natural wanderers, so they are everywhere in the galaxy. They also have the best technology and space crafts because they trade tech with every other species they come across. Only males have horns and a lot of the space faring ones will cut their horns to be able to wear ev suit helmets more comfortably. Modifications can be made to accommodate the horns, but it's easier (and cheaper) to just cut them off.
Faer can afford the mods. He's an infamous smuggler and a notorious gambler, and when I say gambler, I mean hustler.
They may have also visited Earth a very long time ago.
He's supposed to be dead. But he's going to join the main cast in Dark Stars.
Oh god, the transition kinda hurts because he's so young and innocent in that first pic, then the galaxy has chewed him up and spit him back out in the second one.

Ariadne: He's not wrong.
Piotr: Goddamn Leo, is there anyone on this ship you haven't fucked?
Leo: Zandra's a lesbian.
Everybody, meet Leo and Coyote, the mcs of Burning Skies (Leo) and Star Crossed (Coyote). Leo is Coyote's dad, but they're about the same age in the drawings, he disappeared at age 28 when she was 4. Coyote is 26.
When the books are finished I plan to release an artbook that will be titled Coyote's Sketchbook, and it will have sketches of the things and people from her journey.
