Next for my octopus inspired dress is the mask and shoes! I just used scrap fabric from the dress for them! And I found these perfect shade of blue off brand Tom’s from the thrift store! It had to be the quickest thing from the dress that I did

This is the lattice beading necklace I made to match my octopus inspired dress. The lattice work necklace startes from either side and work your way down and then up as you build your necklace. I found this picture to help out!

There a lot of detailed work involved but it maybe only took about 2-3 hours to put together once I got the pattern set.

Hi there

So I am going to be starting a little blog...

I have been giving myself a challenge of every month completing a complete costume!

I do have a degree in theatrical costume design and I have been working as a costume specialist for many years at theme  multiple theme parks. And then with the currant state of the world... there really is no room for growth at work for the time being.

So I know it’s March, but I have been working very hard and keeping up with myself, I do have a complete outfit for every month, and have been getting compliments even with my managers!

I just wanted to share and hope to inspire more people to do what they love ❤️ even when things are tough and the world is in a questionable place, that you still deserve to be happy 😃
