i think alot of people think of their dr self as a COMPLETELY different person, but it's literally you!!

you currently exist in your dr. You are literally always in your dr. you could argue it's a different version of you, but it's still you. what your dr self is capable of, you are capable of, wherever your dr self is, you are, whatever your dr self looks like, you look like. there's no difference between you and your dr self except the differences you make. there is a version of you that has shifted. That version of you IS STILL YOU. literally, the only thing you have to do is make yourself aware of that version of you. that's it. it's not the crazy, magical transformation you think it is.

all you need to do is just affirm in the present tense, and PERSIST. no matter what you see, or hear in the 3D, you need to persist. don't stop repeating to yourself that you ALREADY have what you want. there is no magical method. just affirm. what works the best for me is mindless robotic affirming. i don't wine or complain or think about anything else, i just stay completely focused and i keep repeating the same thing over and over again.

i'd get my manifestation in 1-2 days, a week at most. i've never had to wait longer than a week for my manifestations with robotic affirming. there's no need to "feel it real" or do "SATS" or take any action in the 3D. the 3D is a dead mirror. once you react to unfavorable circumstances in the 3D, all you do is reaffirm your old unfavorable beliefs, since your outer world is a reflection of your mind. remember that in order to see change in the 3D, you need to change your thoughts IMMEDIATELY. as soon as something unfavorable pops up, affirm the opposite. affirm every second that you possibly can. affirm whenever you don't need to focus on something and give it your full attention.

HOW TO SHIFT (for dummies)

— this information is what I picked up from the book i’m currently reading ‘Becoming Supernatural by Dr. Joe Dispenza’ (I highly suggest reading)

— all shifting is/quantum jumping is, is shifting your awareness to a different reality

• meditate until you get into a no thought zone/state

+ this may take minutes for some people and hours for others but you need to take the time. if you are impatient, try the 68 seconds of pure thought by Abraham Hicks -> watch this video

+ pure thought states make it easier for the brain to simply manifestations

• be aware

+ or in other words, acknowledge your reality beyond your senses, begin to understand your reality and that it is already yours

In Dr. Dispenza’s book it says

‘The only way you can exist in the quantum is as awareness…

experience this realm is with your awareness’

as in, the reality you have has and been created long before, you just became aware that it existed and you’re learning how to become aware in it. creation is already finished.

Void State Tip

Notice how, when you were affirming to enter the void state, you were completely distracted by your affirmations as you didn’t feel any symptoms yet, but when the symptoms kicked in, you got distracted and the floating stopped…

Stop getting distracted!!! I know it’s easier said than done but play a scene in your head that occupies you. Even play your favourite song in your head so you aren’t focused on the floaty feeling.

The floaty feeling indicates that you are about to enter the void and to continue!!! You are doing the right thing!

Also you don’t have to feel the floaty feeling. It’s different for some people. But distraction is key!!!

When i noticed that i kept getting distracted when i felt the floaty feeling, i distracted myself by playing a catchy song in my head along with a scene that went well with the song, i got so distracted that i didn’t even acknowledge the floaty feeling and i ended up in the void! It’s that easy.

it’s called hypnagogia. the amount of times i’ve nearly shifted with this method is UNREAL.

hypnagogia is a state between wakefulness and sleep.

have you ever been watching a show/movie etc. and you keep dozing off to sleep and keep waking up, yeah it’s that.

usually in this state people hear/see scary stuff but it ain’t real

when you are on the brink of sleep, try not to move so you don’t get rid of that drowsy ness

lay in a comfy position and you can

say affirmations

visualisation

use 5 senses

listen to music that reminds you of ur dr

you will almost feel symptoms instantly because you have been detached from your CR and this makes attaching to your DR more easier.

this method really works litch tried it in school and felt my surroundings change but i got scared my teacher would snitch and woke up…

Shifting is not easy, it is simple. Please, this culture of "easy as breathing" and the blame of everything being yours is harmful. It's evil. Loa, the void, etc, are simple, yet, need to be practiced.

You do have the answers inside of you, the power and inner knowledge to guide yourself towards your goals, but you are human. Human body. Human mind. There is a physical limit. Your mind wasn't made for illogical things; all of this complexities weights. This isn't demotivation, this is a calling for you to not push yourself.

Shifting can and may leave collateral effects and consequences if you're careless. TikTok made it all seem a fantasy lookalike dream and a lot of people follow this "practice" for clout too, the "fun" of it being the concept in shallow water and not the actual act of it.

You will be okay. You can and will shift. If you feel afraid, overwhelmed and such, take a break to breathe, focus on your well being, and come back.
