Story about Jessika -a recently transformed vampire girl- and her daily adventures, while she tries to become the respectable, bloodthirsty vampire she's supposed to be! ♥

Have I ever told you about Rhodonlak vampires?🌹

This is a race I created for my stories, whose unique features consist of reddish eye and hair colors, long hair, and lack of visible fangs!

All Rhodonlaks are given the surname Redrose (nomatter where they’re from), which makes them a HUGE family! 😍😍 and each of them are simbolized by roses of different shades! So (after all this explanation) I felt like making quick sketches of my oldest Rhodonlak characters (which I created around 10 years ago!😱) and their characteristic roses!

Leiden (with a new hairstyle!!!) and his magenta rose!

Scarlett (Leiden’s little sister) and her not-so-light pink rose!

Ruby, the vampire hunter (who’s actually half human), and her blood-red rose!

Umi, the Yamato Nadeshiko of the Rhodonlaks, and her white rose with hints of red (she’s a vampire, after all!)

Akito (Ayame’s little brother), a rocker boy and his deep red rose!

Ayame (a perfect hybrid between Rhodonlaks and wolf-vampires), and her bicolored rose!

Lately I’ve been CRAVING to do one of these “Draw this in your style” thingies, so eventhough I’m probably late to the trend (again), I still decided to draw Jessika, to see if anyone wants to draw her! And with Ann I wanted to play with a bat-wings/fins concept, and I’m pretty proud of the result! ♥

Ah, I had completely forgotten to post these! These portraits were part of my Candy Vampire contest from last year. I offered the winners to be cartoonized as a either a (Candy) Vampire or a character from their favorite show!

First winner, @redvelvetpierrot, chose to have her own Candy Vampiresona! She’s a vampire from Jessika’s race. Remember I told you at some point that they can have silver hair? Well, she looks amazing with this feature! don’t you think? ♥

Third winner was @bluebirdsandcanaries ♥ She told me she wanted either a Miracusona (Miraculous Ladybug) or a Candy Vampiresona, and since I was so hyped with designing (candy) vampires…. here’s little Sunshine Rhodonlak!!! Birdie Redrose!!! (yeah, I’ll go with that…) ISN’T SHE PRECIOUS??? With a delicious glass of OBVIOUSLY NOT BLOOD PFFFFFT WHO DO YOU THINK SHE IS, A VAMPIRE? and a big smile, of course, because she’s Birdie!

February is the month of LOOOOOOVE!!! Chocolate, roses, cute guys…. so Ouran High School Host Club was the theme chosen by my Patreons for this month’s rewards! (Get access now to all the Patreon rewards and get some free requests by becoming my $5 Caith Sith!)

And look! Jessika’s house has its own Host club! Do you see a couple of new faces? Those two belong to @neilaclover and you’ll get to meet them in the new Chapters of Candy Vampire!  ♥ Admit it. You’ll also recognize Caleb, the wild type (not the type that would have actual money to attend Ouran, but eeehhh… who cares?), Leiden is (obviously) the prince type (or princess, depening on how you see it  ). Then there’s Kai, the little devil type! (He’s half prince type, half wild type, so be careful with that dazzling smile!) and then there’s Madock, the cool (misterious) type.

It was about time I showed you this one! For 2018, I want to start drawing my OCs again, because I feel last year was really… slow for my own stuff! ♥

This one was one of last drawings of 2017, a simple pic of Valens family (Jessika’s), which is basically Jess, her mom Katherine, and her brother Caleb! So I wanted to portrait a little scene showing a typical family moment. And while I was drawing it, I had this dialogue stuck in my head, which pretty much explains the situation:

Jessika: “Hurry up, Caleb! let’s go and play!”

Katherine: “Wait, don’t forget your scarf, sweetie… and let me fix that wild hair, little lion ♥”

Caleb: “Ok, ok! I’ll fix it myself! Let me go!!!”

Caleb’s a wild and emotional boy, and whenever he feels embarrased he’ll go all Tsundere with you. I wanted to draw that part of him!!! (I really love my forest boy, eventhough I don’t draw him as much as I’d like to! x3 )

HAAAAAAPPY HALLOWEEN, EVERYONE! ♥

We did it! We got to the final Inktober drawing, and I couldn’t be happier about it!!! So here’s the promised

Day 31: Candy Vampire, demon AU!!!! Can you guess each one of the races? ♥ (I’ll give you a couple of minutes to guess… If you followed my whole Inktober, you’ll get them easily!)

Ok, enough time! Races are:

Caleb as a Kanabo Oni, because wildness, and because Caleb is not Caleb without his HUGE fangs!

Jessika as a pretty colorful Alragon ♥ I can’t believe I followed the design rules of the race and still managed to make her even more colorful than her original self!

Annelisse as a Feallan. Here’s a little secret: Feallan are actually ancestor of Nyctodlaks, Annelisse’s vampire race. so…. this was pretty much an obvious choice!

And Leiden (Goldenrose?) abandons his red palette to become a Shinzeli! How much can a person change with a change of palette and by letting her hair loose?

Cyborgs/Androids was the subject of the month at my patreon, and eventhough I could have chosen an actual OC who filled the subject, I couldn’t resist to the temptation of an Alternative Universe!!! I mean, a cute self-repairing robot girl with a colorful combination of metals and vampire tendencies??? I needed to draw her!!! ♥

I also made a “painted over” version for my patrons. Maybe Jess got bored of the same metal colors and decided to give herself some layers of automotive paint??? ;) I don’t know, but she DOES look pretty cute!

When you have the image in your head, but your haand refuses to draw it properly! I know all artists (specially begginers) can relate! Weird animal and a misterious symbol! :O Now... how will they find it? ;) Maybe that trips wasn't that useless after all! (Hey, it may not be a greaaaaat clue, but it's something!)
