What was the instagram incident?
I apologize for responding so late. Maybe you already know the answer to your question, but just in case, here's my answer :)
So basically on a day in August last year, Hong Jonghyun was caught to have used his Instagram account (which he doesn't often use) to like a Jjongah Couple photo. It's the picture in which he hugs AhYoung in the end of the troublemaker dance that they did together during his surprise visit to GsD's practice room:
And just a few hours later, he cancelled his like on the picture. :)
We call this THE Instagram "incident", because this is what our shipper minds believe to have happened that day:
1. He doesn't understand Instagram much... (Evidence? His lack of activities on instagram itself, no profile picture of himself on his account and the limited amount of pictures he's uploaded on it).
2. But anyway, we think he was just missing wifey, because at that time, wifey was in Thailand, doing some charity works with GsD.
3. So, he purposedly browsed through either his or Yura's hashtag on IG, since the poster didn't tag him directly on that picture (but put the picture on both his and Yura's hashtag).
4. And liked the picture thinking people wouldn't NOTICE.
5. And then the next thing he knew, people from around the world started to tag him directly in that photo's comments
6. He panicked, "sh-*t, sh-*t, sh-*t, they caught me! My cool image! Quick, unlike!"
7. He "Unliked" the picture.
8. And acted like nothing happened.
And THAT, my friend, was THE infamous INSTAGRAM incident :)
