It was @dayspriteofficial's birthday recently, so I turned Marco into a dragon :3
HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAAAAAAAAAAAY
Finally decided it was time to bring in some new roommates. Everyone meet Sable and Toby (Sable's name is still up for debate)! Both are still pretty shy and hide a lot until the toys come out. They've only been here a day, but we're slowly building trust and they're getting more comfortable. Toby has already decided that it's ok to sleep in the bed with me, but Sable has chosen the night as his time to explore and investigate.
Sable is 8 months old and Toby is 2 months. I haven't had any kittens for a LONG time, not since I was suckered into bringing Kris into my home.
Also, Atonal says Sable looks like Anna Taylor Joy and I can't unsee it now...
Five years ago I posted my first two audios; Introverted Incubus and Alien Abduction. This channel was a fresh start at making something new I'd never tried before. I felt like I was showing a part of my soul making these stories, so even with a new channel I was so nervous; I remember seeing Incubus having something like 12 views and being terrified!
Somehow, after everything, I'm still here. I still get nerves about what people will think especially when I try something a little different from what we normally do, but I have so much love for what I do. Even when IRL stuff fights me I'm more energised to create stories now than I've ever been! I am beyond thankful to all of you for sticking with me - you have no idea how much it means seeing names I remember seeing back in 2021, 2022. And here we are, close to seeing the channel hit 20,000 subscribers. That's your achievement!
It's no small thing to say this channel has changed my life. And while I still have a lot of things to figure out, this channel and its stories have always been about that journey. Thank you so much for walking it with me. I can't tell you how grateful I am <3

LIKE LIKES the person? Or is REALLY comfortable/bromance with them? Makes it his mission to return the joke at a later less flustered date and more private scene. On reaction he just gonna blush like ‘oh… … OH.’ Lol, return to sender and make it timed well and spicy. (Bugga boo)
If it’s just casual with a person and insincere? Whether he snorts or cringes really depends on the joke. (Will not laugh at Timmy’s jokes out of brotherly spite and cringe, he will LET THE SILENCE HANG if there is one, trollololol)
The comical smudging? If said joke derives from precious bean he expects better from or is just BAD. Aka, will protecc, even by attacc with herb smoke. (Looks @ Bodie.)

Mitch - freshly baked cake. The kind of cake changes seasonally, along with Mitch’s coat: vanilla in spring, passion cake in summer, chocolate in autumn, cinnamon in winter

Aspen - leaves, grasses, nuts and pines

Cailean - asked @shaymelessaudios about our stinky wife: he usually smells like brine and his latest catch, squid or fish. But if he were to remain on land in his human form for long enough, the seal smell would reduce and he'd smell more like sea salt, and "something mystical..." Fairies have very unique scents to them, natural and pretty but savage too. It'd always be there but usually drowned out by the seal smell, but under all of that Cailean probably smells of milk.
Nem - gently of field flowers and breeze, a dash of ozone, but also just a hint of something incomprehensible, intoxicating

Cay - distantly of warm bread and citrus
Isenguri - Wood and fire smoke

Marco - @dayspriteofficial and I held hands and sniffed Marco together: she says he smells like parchment and charcoals, and of salt and plants, perhaps snake plants or spider plants or eucalyptus as natural deodoriser or just the herbs he's been collecting. Marco smells like incense and a herbal library

Pasta Anon: What's your favorite pizza topping?
Pepperoni is undefeated. It always depends on what pizza I'm getting though. In general, pep + mushroom is a winner. Other times I'll do a pep + sausage. But when I'm really craving a sweet and savory combo, ham and pineapple from Domino's on their regular crust is fantastic.
Maybe the real answer is just "extra cheese" lol
If you like pineapple on pizza you have GOTTA try pepperoni and pineapple. Swear to god, it's so good. Only second to baked potato pizza in my book, but you can't get that at most pizza joints.

Today seems like the perfect day to remind everyone that there are decades and decades of genuine classic incredible games that you've never played, are already out and complete and won't be ruined by updates or MTX or get taken away, and more likely than not you can play on your computer for free
look up the hack guides for your old 3DS or PSP, get a handheld emu device like a Miyuu Mini Pro or Anbernic 35XX Plus, get an R4 card for your DS, make sure you get quality SD cards since knock offs are so common, and get a PS-layout (dpad at the top for 2D games) wired controller for your PC
And then get yourself set up with Retroarch. It seems complicated at first but it's worth it. Get proper authentic CRT filters on those old games, make that pixel art pop - treat yourself, you've earned it!
Only new games I've been interested in these days are indie games. For everything else, there's a WORLD of old games waiting for you to fall in love with them. Classics you've never played but always meant to. Legends you've never even heard of.
Why keep getting into that cycle of hype and disappointment with new games? Waiting for the new stuff only to find its full of AI? Getting sucked into live services and gacha games and games that shut down and take it all away?
Break that cycle. Love games again. Retro and indie.

Does Bodie still live in the cabin he grew up in? If so, how many rooms is it? Doe he still sleep in the room he did as a child? Did he have to share that room? And what/who was Marco’s room used for when Bodie was little?

Yes, he's still in his family's original cabin. 3 rooms, one for his parents, one for him and Roldan, and one for Gramma Rita or other guests as needed. Bodie has since upgraded to his parent's room (the bed in there fits him better) while Marco uses Rita's old room.
