"Hi!" he said smiling. "How are you feeling? I tried to call Ianto but he isn't answering, so I just came to the hospital and waited till you wake up."

After listening to the voice mail, runs to get the coat.

"I don't know if Ianto's here, he phoned me yesterday... Why do I keep my phone disconnected in days like these? I should call him..." thinks while dressing the coat. "Ianto?" Shouts. "Are you here or do I need to call you?" Shouts while laughs at his own joke. "Well, if he doesn't answer that means he isn't here. I'm going to call him." Grabs his phone and call him.

*sounds tired* hey jack it’s Rhys, I would like to announce that your an uncle again. Gwen gave birth this morning to a little boy, he’s in intensive care but he’s doing great, we still don’t have a name for him. You can come and see her but she’s resting at the moment. Bye. *hangs up*

Oh Captain, come on! I expected more from you of all people! Do you really think I would have gone to all of that trouble of finding out about Gwen, hacking into the security of the Hub, watching what you lot get up to, and then finally getting into the Hub - just to be killed by you? No… you didn’t kill me Captain, you thought you did. I didn’t even mean anything that I said about Gwen. I’m not jealous of her, it was all a cover story just to get what I needed.

I think I know now… At first I didn’t because I really didn’t know you… But I know now… I stole something from you, is that what you want?

We’ve met once before Jack. Just once, and very briefly. I got everything I needed from you in that one meeting. We’ve been able to re-create your blood back on our planet, and I’m an experiment with that blood. We don’t need anything else from you Captain, you’ve given us everything we’ll ever need.

I don’t remember. When did that happen? How did you stole my blood? And how’s that possible to work, there’s nothing special about my blood, that’s not the reason why I’m immortal. You can’t do this! Immortality it’s not a gift like you think. *shouts* It’s a fucking curse!!!

At first we thought that immortality was in your blood. But when we got a sample of your blood, we realized it didn’t work like that. So instead, we used your blood to figure out your DNA, everything that makes you the person you are. Even down to the colour of your hair. Your blood gave us everything, a whole profile of who you are. We could have copied anything from you, just from that little sample of blood. It’s amazing how much detail it’s given us. Then all we had to do was reproduce that part of your DNA… and there you go! We become immortal. 

We don’t think it’s a curse Captain! Think about how many wars my species will be able to survive and win!

You’re wrong… That’s not how it works, it’s not about DNA, not about blood not about me at all… What I have it’s not in my DNA. It’s something more, something different something impossible and hard to explain. It’s energy it’s something that shouldn’t be, it’s fixed. You’re not fixed and you can’t be because of DNA, if you did that, then it will fail sooner or later!

Press the button and talk into the control. They’ll be able to hear you, tell them whatever you need to tell them. They’ll only be able to hear you for three minutes though, so make it snappy. 

Let her go? Why - she’s just the cutest little girl ever! Anyway, I need them both at the moment. It’s the only way I’m going to get you to cooperate with me after you’ve spoken to them.

It’s my dad, jack, he’s had another heart attack, he doesn’t look good. I just can’t face to go up there to see him. Rhys told me i shouldn’t come to work, but i can’t sit there and do nothing and keep thinking of him and being guilty not being there… Gwen looked distressed .

“Oh, I’m sorry.” He said sad to hear such news. “If there was something I could to to help, I would… You shouldn’t be so distressed, I know it’s your father and you’re worried, but you should think about your baby too. Also, it might be nothing, you have to remain positive about it!” He said trying to cheer her up.
