People like to think Hank has a quick temper but lets not forget he’s a police Lieutenant and is very professional, he doesn’t rise to the bait, doesn’t get upset, his “relationship meter thing” with Connor doesn’t go down when Connor says this because he knows Connor is trying to upset/rile him. Hell, he never yells at Gavin despite the drinking jibes he says to Hank, in front of other of other co-workers no less, and Perkins was rude and dismissive and he didn’t rise to that either.

Hank has a hot temper when it calls for it, only time he loses it is if Connor doesn’t go to pull him up from the side of the building.
