A very happy smash cake that I made for a baby’s first birthday. It’s not an octopus, but rather supposed to be the sun. Either way, it came out cute and the baby loved it! 

The cake is chocolate and the frosting is just vanilla buttercream.

For Thanksgiving, I decided to try making the awesome brownie/chocolate chip cookie combination. These turned out super moist, chocolaty and delicious!

I was tasked with making red velvet cupcakes for a school Christmas party. Unfortunately my oven isn’t the best and the cupcakes ended up falling in on themselves. It happens. So I turned them into cake balls, held together with cream cheese frosting and then dipped in white chocolate. Needless to say, they were a hit and although rich, they disappeared fast!

Some expression cookies that I made for a work cleaning shift. They were cream cheese sugar cookies with a cream cheese butter cream. I got the eyes and the mustaches from Hobby Lobby. Here’s the link for the cookie recipe:

I did more alcoholic cupcakes tonight. There’s strawberry daiquiri and chocolate beer :). They were requested and no I’m not an alcoholic; I only had a little daiquiri while making these!
