Who are your favorite artists?

I have a ton of favorites, but I'll just list a few.

Alan Davis is one of my favorite comic book artists, particularly for his work on X-Men: Excalibur in the 80s. His figure drawing, expressions and storytelling are all top notch.

N. C. Wyeth is my favorite painter. Great use of color and I love how his illustrations convey an entire story in one image.

Charles Dana Gibson is one of the all time great pen and ink artists. Even though most of his work is from the 1910s, his style of drawing doesn't feel dated at all.

I know about Nobuteru Yuki because of his character design work for Chrono Cross and Escaflowne. He's an excellent draftsman with a great, expressive style.
