why napping is evil

tldr: dreams suck and I still don't have a Zaba vinyl so I take a nap, right? and then I start to dream - I'm participating in a contest to delegate which library between two certain towns is better and we do that through some sort of scavenger hunt. so since I understand the Dewey Decimal System, we get a strong lead but it ends up tied toward the end. The last thing we have to find is some CD that the host was on vocally. I couldn't find it until a very nice lady in the audience pointed it out to me (not my competitor) because I was closer so I won. The prize? y'all - it was a SIGNED copy of the ZABA VINYL. I started crying tears of happiness. It's impossible for me to describe how I felt in that moment - just know it was one of the greatest experiences of my life. So then I go to dollar tree, Zaba in my hand because I am not letting go of it, to buy a frame for the vinyl (I am poor and don't know what I am doing) and guess who's working there. If you guessed the band, u are correctomundo. At this point, I'm thinking it's a little too good to be true, but I roll along with it. after a short conversation (because I don't know how to talk to people), I leave the store and get in my car (while it is dark and raining outside) and think about how great everything is until I realize IT'S ALL A DREAM. I BECAME SELF-AWARE. none of it was real. I realized when I woke up, I wouldn't have a zaba vinyl. so, in sadness, my dream self drove home through the rain. while in my house, a cog from toontown came to my house and took it over. at this point, I realized dream life wasn't worth living anymore and I decided to return to reality. now I am here, more upset than I should be and vowing to never nap again.
