SPIED: 2013 Dodge Viper - 2013 version of V-10 supercar is spotted undergoing hot-weather testing in Death Valley.  

Rumored to be styled after “a naked woman on the beach,” the anticipated release of the 2013 Dodge Viper has Dodge fans salivating.

The “crowning glory” of the Chrysler revamped lineup is scheduled to be released early next year.  In the meantime, take a look at these spy shots of the new Viper.

The images depict a new front end meshed with a current generation Viper.  This makes sense given testing is being performed in California’s Death Valley.

Reports are abound that the coupe and convertible chassis are being put through a battery of tests including competing with its number one competitor the Chevy Corvette.

Look for a brand new Dodge Viper unlike anything done before.  Expect a new engine, chassis and smoking hot interior.  The rumor patrol tell us that advanced stability and traction control systems will be added to arguably the stealthiest car in the new Dodge lineup.
