Eat so that you can run, not the other way round. Someone told me last week that they're not going swimming any more because it makes them feel hungry. Hunger is not a bad thing. It's your body telling you that you need fuel. If you still want food after eating a lot it means you're not eating the right stuff. fruit, vegetables, starches, beans, grains- that's what your body needs. Your body has no need for a low carb, high protein diet full of animal products.
