I think I have the beginning stages of frostbite. We filmed for 2 hours outside today in 30 degree weather today for our upcoming video on @squaredofficial . Every lie Every loss Every hurt Every tear Every ache Every negative emotion, every nightmare, every terrible thought, none of it lasts. You must remember this when you are heaving on the bathroom floor, your stomach in knots, your mascara running, your fists clenched. I know it feels like you are going to die, or at least you’ll want to. You are going to regret decisions you made, chances you didn’t take, words you did and didn’t say. You are going to miss people you will never see again. You are going to beat yourself up for something that happened four years ago. Yet, like I said, it doesn’t last, babe. It hurts and then it is over. You scream up at the starlit sky, and then you go back inside. You can curse and you can wish it all to hell, but just as the sun will rise the next morning, so will you. Even when you don’t want to, you will. How do you think I know? Because after all of that, here I am, writing this.
