I’m sorry for not updating my blog in so long. I’m thankful for 2020. I learn a lot about myself. I tested my limits with my fear this included heights, social interaction, and making videos on Tic Tok. This might sound not that difficult for most. Fun fact: Did you know? Vegan yogurt offers a great means to pack fiber, calcium, and protein into your diet—not to mention probiotics, which are great for digestive health.

I made quick snack today using vegan products. I made a Vegan yogurt with fresh strawberry parfait. I used coconut base yogurt it was unsweetened today. I wanted to add fresh strawberry and honey to naturally sweet the parfait. You can also add your favorite granola on top. I hope you enjoy this amazing healthy snack. Happy eating everyone.
