I survived a very difficult week. I’ll be okay. These feelings are passing.

What I take away from this week:

• I’m about to do a big, scary thing, but I’m strong and brave

• I have so much support and I am very loved

• I’m so lucky to have spent the last year (and a half?) with such an incredibly patient, understanding, supportive, and loving partner, and yet I’ve been taking them for granted

• Polyamory is beautiful and allows for so much growth and healing, but it’s really hard and takes time and you HAVE to be safe
