I messed up with the paws. Here Dr Flug. I ship Paperhat alot so when I was drawing this I was thinking of black hat forcing Flug to wear this outfit cuz why not. If anyone doesn't ship paperhat than.....just have a Flug who turned into a neko. :)

U know when you start to doodle something small on a larger paper and then start drawing more on it. Yeah that basically happened to me and I don’t regret it. The only doodles/characters that are not mine are Dr flug from villainous and Tohru from Miss kobayashi’s dragon maid.(another one was the TV girl but in my own style, GIR from Invader Zim, little gaster from undertale and Flowey) The rest are my own creations
