LDH OUR PROMISE
Hiro’s feelings towards artists and staff are gathered in “LDH our promise”.
The principles for the enthusiastic entertainment of the group are summed in these 10 rules.
LDH rules for artist
RULE 1 In the world of entertainment there are things you get and things you lose.
RULE 2 Artists aren’t special. As human beings, the social awareness is important.
RULE 3 If you have the wrong idea of “freedom”, you’ll be the one to be at loss.
RULE 4 The way is open for the ones who’ll understand the present themselves.
RULE 5 If you tell lies you’ll lose credibility. And you’ll also lose the people that protect you.
RULE 6 If something happens, “report” and “consult”. That’s not “tattling”.
RULE 7 If there’re feelings that you really want to convey, you have to learn the way to convey them earnestly.
RULE 8 People who make great efforts won’t need words.
RULE 9 More than the times you make mistakes, people will question your true nature.
RULE 10 In a world where you can’t see a goal, there’s always a starting point for the people.
LDH rules for staff
RULE 1 You’re a companion that’ll convey “Love, Dream, Happiness”.
RULE 2 Rather than do a job, you’ll make entertainment.
RULE 3 Inspire the world. Make the artists shine.
RULE 4 As a human being, cherish the common things.
RULE 5 Chances and hints spread out infinitely.
RULE 6 Think how to tell your own opinion and become a person who can convey it.
RULE 7 Learn from people, people will become your fortune.
RULE 8 The joy is to be able to support motivated artists.
RULE 9 Don’t forget the original intentions and don’t have a contradictory behaviour.
RULE 10 At LDH everyone has to be considerate and admire each other.
A book with a white cover where “LDH our promise” is written in red letters.
It’s distributed when joining the company to each artist and employee belonging to LDH.
There’s written the standard behaviour for everyone who has to do with LDH, it’s the bible that both artists and staff reread many times.
It consists in 5 chapters, “LDH ideology”, “EXILE statement”, “LDH rules for artist”, “LDH rule for staff”, “EXPG statement” and Hiro wrote it all by himself.
As written in the introduction, “I’m filling it with my simple and honest feelings”, the ideals drawn in entertainment world and the passion that has absolutely to be fulfilled, become a book and appear like this.
Creating a dream, fulfilling it, that dream becomes hope, creating a new future.
That produces a cycle, contributing to the society in this way is the mission of LDH.
Moreover, thinking seriously about the purpose of entertainment and what can be done, it’s written clearly where LDH artists and staff should aim to.
Referred to each artist, employee and EXPG, the people who are learning, it explains extremely concretely, one by one, the rules that have to be always kept in mind.
This book is at the basis of LDH’s sense of unity as a group and their maintaining the “passion”.
